He has also sat on the advisory boards of universities and other tertiary institutions to help develop their international business programmes. Harvey has been a consultant to small and medium sized businesses and has had interim executive assignments with corporations whose primary focus is international business. Margaret Tripp, a graduate of Deakin University, recently retired as a senior teacher at a leading high school in Australia focusing on the attraction of overseas students. Margaret has travelled extensively throughout the Middle East including Bahrain and has met with a wide variety of decision-makers, both Bahrainis and expats who make up the community. She has a sound understanding of the cultural aspects of life in Bahrain, including the role of women at home and in the workforce.
