About the Author
Orin Hargraves grew up in the mountains of south-western Colorado and graduated from the University of Chicago. During seven years in London, he worked variously as a computer system manager, teacher of English and lexicographer. Today, he divides his time between rural Maryland and London. He is also the author of two other books in the CultureShock! series (Morocco and London).
